7th Documented Video Test of a *NEW* DUAL 4 Plate HHO Cell w/ Tap Water and Baking Soda as Electrolyte (1/2 teaspoon). HHO-Cell Test: 1 Liter per Minute Output This is just a TRIAL RUN @ idle: Nissan Altima (1998) 2.4Liter Engine - 4 Cylinder. MPG: (Stock) 28-city/36-highway Heat is a HUGE consideration when dealing with these type of hho-cells. First off, you will get a type of run-away effect once you get temperature spike of upwards 140°-180°F. Once this occurs your run-away results in HUGE Amperage increase on the hho-cell. This is something to consider because it is under your hood of your car with an engine specifically set-up to run @ 220°F or more if stuck in traffic. Ideas for cooling must be thought about, especially with a small cell like ours that you see here. Plus the winter is near, so I believe the placement near the exhaust header is perfect. Also, another bump in the road is the fact of freezing temperatures in our cell when not in use during the cold months. Possibly Alcohol additive for a type of Anti-freeze??? Anyone with any ideas please be sure to share them with us. The spiral is handmade and absorbs about 32 amps (12 volts) and when I have the casing active it goes to 44 amps but the production remains comparable to the 32 amps: I am realizing that good building skills and equipment are a nice thing to have, but in hydroxy production once the cell is perfect unless you are connecting it to a sofisticated fine tuned electronically advanced electric system you go nearly nowhere, you remain stock. I have been asked to show how to build spirals. Since for many people it is much easier to buy 1/12 of an inch 316 L Stainless Steel welding wire or a 1/8 of an inch wire,(instead of plates or tubes) I figured that for those of you who do not have the practical skills this video might just be a little hint and a help on how to proceed. Modifications for testing gas production efficiency.


This is a new configuration of the housing with the same plate arrangement.I have increased the wire size to #6 stranded copper.I used 5/16 brass bolts and brass nuts and washers at the electrical contact points inside at the stainless conductor strips and outside at the copper wire terminals.I put 1 1/4 inch diameter zinc plated steel washers between 5/16 split ring lock washers to act as cooling fins.I changed the stainless electrical conductor strips connecting the plates to the brass bolts from the 1/2 inch wide strips to a much thicker gauge and about an inch wide strip of stainless.After the run you see here the inside water temp was about 170 degrees F. I dissassembled and inspected the parts to find Heat damage to the home made hdpe washer on the negative terminal on the inside of the housing.This conductor strip is much shorter than the corresponding positive conductor and I believe the positive strip benefited by being cooled by the solution.I also noticed as the solution turned red from what I believe is iron coming from the plates production increased a lot as evident from the increase in flame size and temperature.The climbing temperature of the solution also probably increased the gas output also.

I have been asked to show the assembly of my cell, so here it is. Sorry if anything is unclear. I tried to show the basic steps without showing any machining, etc. The pipes are 304 SS, but 316 works well also. Part 3 will be uploaded after the cell is sealed and ready to run. I insulate the pipes from the Positive lead/screw by first coating the screw with 2 coats of liquid electrical tape. When that is dry, I put electrical shrink wrap tubing on the screw, making sure to leave the end thread exposed for connecting it to the center tube. The holes in the pipes that the positive lead screw passes through are twice the size of the screw, leaving plenty of room for the screw and insulation to fit through......if your holes are aligned.
